Adam Naslund, Cody Seed Farm Manager, has been growing potatoes his entire life. His father, Gary Naslund, has been with the company since Milt Carter partnered with the Spevak brothers in 1986. Adam’s father introduced him to the equipment, operations, and farming lifestyle at a young age, and he fell in love with it. Potato farming has always been a part of his life, and he would not have it any other way.
The vast opportunities at CSS Farms have allowed Adam to hold various positions over the past 30 years. He has worked as a shipping manager, operations manager, shop worker, agronomist, and farm manager. “Everything I have learned through the years has helped me succeed in what I do today as a farm manager. Now I know how to develop others to lead as well.” Adam strives to be people-minded and teach his family the farming lifestyle and the team members that become family.
