Josh McBride, North Platte Farm Manager, grew up in Washington on his family farm. He got connected with CSS about 10 years ago through his relationship with Reagan Grabner, CSS Farms Managing Partner. He began his journey as the Storage and Shipping Manager at Cody, Nebraska, a first generation seed farm. In the fall of 2019, he accepted the position as Farm Manager and moved to North Platte, a second generation seed farm.
Josh has a love for all things farming and chose to pursue it as a career. He is passionate about the CSS Way and shows committed to excellence in everything he does and he encourages his team members to do the same. “Committed to excellence is my number one thing. We don’t want to do a job half way, we always want to go the extra mile to get the best product for the situation we are in.” said Josh.
